Born in Poland, Anna Tybura is highly dynamic, enthusiastic, driven professional, with more than 15 years of extensive working experience in the field of Real Estate, Management, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Service and Office Administration Management in U.A.E. and Poland.

Anna moved to Dubai 12 years ago and since that time she gained living and working experience and overall knowledge which happily shares with Clients as a guidance.

During her 5 years career in real estate in Dubai Anna proved she is an effective listener, fast learner and very efficient. These qualities help to give her a better understanding of Client's needs and requirements to find the perfect property. Noor Baderaldin

Noor is an Iraqi/British real estate agent who moved to Dubai in 1998 with her family. After completing her higher education in the UK, Noor moved back to Dubai in 2005 to start her family, which grew to 2 girls.

During the past 17, she has resided in many locations, including The Greens, Arabian Ranches, and Falcon City, finally settling in the Mudon community. This gives her a profound experience of living in a diverse society.

Coupled with her past work in HR, Noor joined Linda's to help families find their dream homes. Being fluent in both Arabic and English allows Noor to help several clients and bring her unique skills to the table to help you get the best deal.

Linda Mahoney

Founder & Chairman

Linda Mahoney is the founder and chairman of Betterhomes LLC. After growing up in Montreal Canada, she embarked on a career as a nurse. She moved to Dubai in 1981 to set up a surgical clinic, however, after seeing the need to set up a proper estate agency which would help expats in Dubai find a place to live, she left medicine behind after 26 years, and in 1986, Linda established Betterhomes out of her dining room.

Despite being a single mother, she has grown Betterhomes into the leading real estate agency in the UAE.

Understanding the struggles of working mums and dads throughout Dubai, Linda wanted to develop a brand that would help empower these people and make it easier for them to navigate the property market, and hence Linda's was born.

Ryan Mahoney

CEO

Ryan Mahoney joined the Betterhomes team in 2001, bringing with him prodigious business acumen and natural skill as an entrepreneur, focusing initially on streamlining the processes that drive sales, leasing and property management.

He went to give the business a robust framework for the future by establishing a technology base that would maintain the company's competitive edge in what was fast becoming a dynamic real estate market.

He introduced the regions first real estate customer relationship management system inclusive of inventory transactions and referrals and has continued to spearhead several industry firsts while serving as an active member of the Dubai property industry's development.

Ryan has been instrumental in leading Betterhomes from a small business, through the complexity of the challenging UAE real estate market's highs and lows, into the most significant full-service property agency in the Middle-east.

Richard Waind

Group Managing Director

Having graduated from Sheffield University with a degree in law and criminology. Richard began his career in property in 2004 at a top London estate agency. Over the last 15 years, Richard has grown and managed teams in sales leasing, property management and financial services. Richard also spent two years heading up the expansion and acquisition plan of the UK's third-largest estate agency group before taking the position of managing director for London and the home counties, running a network of 40 branches.

Richard joined the Betterhomes family in 2017 as Director of Brokerage, managing sales and leasing for both residential and commercial departments. In January 2019, Richard assumed the position of Managing Director and has overseen the acquisition of Ascot & Co., and the launch of the new commercial brand CRC, and now, the launch of Linda's.
