Find yourself near the golf course, with a view of the holes or if you fancy a bit of nature then there are tons of lush trees, greenery and trails. If you're after a bit of luxury, there are plenty of options that include private pools and floor to ceiling windows.

Damac Hills is situated between Al Qudra Road and Hessa Street, within close proximity of Arabian Ranches and Dubai Motor City.

There are plans to connect Damac Hills with a metro line but for now, Dubai Internet City is a short 15-minute drive away and Mudon bus station is a 5-minute drive away.

The airport is also only a 28-minute drive away - not too far to pick up your family when they surely come to visit!

Located just outside Damac Hills, the excellent Jebel Ali school is a short drive away located on Mudon off of Remraam Desert Road. It's perfectly located to drop the kids off and be on your way to work. For the younger ones, Blossoms Mudon Nursery and Ranches Primary School are a bit further but still easily accessible by car. Universities are also available - no further than 25 minutes away there's Dubai International Academic City and Dubai Knowledge Park.

Damac Hills has several options for healthcare. Within 10 minutes you can find yourself in Emirates Hospital, MedCare Medical Centre and Aster Medical Centre.

There is a wide range of eateries and restaurants from a variety of different cuisines to dine in or get delivered. Stoke House, located in the club house of the golf course, is great for international cuisine, watching a sports game or a pool table challenge. The Ranches Souk is a close by, providing choices between Paul, Cafe Bateel, Carluccio's, or a sweet treat from Cold Stone Creamery.

Damac Hills is in close vicinity to several malls including The Ranches Souk (10-minute drive) and Motor City Shopping Centre (9-minute drive), both equipped with a Carrefour and Spinneys which will be perfect for your weekly shop. Within 25 minutes, residents can visit Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates, and Ibn Battuta. Packed with hundreds of retail options, you'll find anything you need as well as non-stop activities to keep you busy.
